Remote Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Telesales Executive to join our CES team at MFT Fulfillment Centre. You will work from home, contacting leads and converting them into customers for our logistics and fulfillment services across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily and generate at least 30 new qualified leads.
• Contact assigned leads, present product offerings and close sales.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a minimum 50% confirmation rate, aiming for 85% delivery success.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and update CRM and spreadsheets after each call.
• Own each lead until a clear outcome is reached, follow the approved sales process, and submit daily reports.
• Escalate any customer or order issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, call‑center, telemarketing, inside sales or a similar role (advantageous).
• Strong spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner and effective objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with daily targets, KPIs and remote independence.
• Reliable internet connection and power backup.
• Responsible, consistent and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
