Remote E-Commerce Sales Executive (Tanzania)

About the role

HERBMETICS CO., a fast‑growing Pan‑African health and wellness company, is expanding its presence in Tanzania. We are seeking motivated E‑Commerce Sales Executives to join our remote sales team and drive online sales of our health products.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified online leads into paying customers through phone, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Promote and sell HERBMETICS CO.’s health and wellness products professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system and follow up on prospects.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams for order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, e‑commerce, business development, digital marketing, customer success or call‑centre operations.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence engaging customers remotely and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Swahili; English proficiency is a plus.

• Experience using CRM systems or digital sales platforms.
