About the role
The Regional Sales Lead will drive sales growth and profitability across Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, Rwanda, Malawi, Uganda and Kenya. Based in Tunduma or Dar‑es‑Salaam, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships and lead a team to meet ambitious targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional targets.
- Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to reach individual and collective goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and IT to drive sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market dynamics.
- Lead customer acquisition processes and increase utilization of existing and new corridors.
- Travel across the assigned territories to manage team output and engage customers.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience and at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience in a multinational company is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence and passport.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical mindset and results‑orientation.
