Regional Clinical Services Coordinator – Iringa

About the role

The Regional Clinical Services Coordinator will provide technical leadership and coordination for HIV and TB service delivery across police, prisons and public health facilities in the Iringa region. The role focuses on quality improvement, clinical mentorship, and data‑driven program management to achieve project targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and quality of HIV testing, prevention, care, treatment, PMTCT/EID, TB, NCD integration and cervical cancer screening at all supported sites.
• Lead and supervise regional technical activities, ensuring consistency with central technical team and national guidelines.
• Monitor program performance, identify service delivery gaps, and provide timely technical support to address clinical and programmatic challenges.
• Build capacity of regional and district health teams through training, mentorship, supportive supervision and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate joint supportive supervision, training, and TB‑HIV integration activities with councils, CHMTs and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Medical degree with national registration; a Master’s in Public Health is an advantage.
• Minimum eight years of experience in HIV/TB clinical services, including program implementation, clinical mentorship, supportive supervision and quality improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze program data and use it for performance monitoring and evidence‑based decision‑making.
