Regional Clinical Services Coordinator (HIV/TB) – Morogoro

About the role

The Regional Clinical Services Coordinator provides technical leadership and coordination for HIV and TB service delivery under the EpiC project in Tanzania. The role ensures quality improvement, integration of services, and data‑driven performance across police, prison and public health facilities in the Morogoro region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and quality of HTS, prevention, care, treatment, PMTCT/EID, TB, NCD, and cervical cancer screening services at supported sites.
• Lead regional technical activities, supervise teams, and ensure alignment with national guidelines and project objectives.
• Provide clinical mentorship, supportive supervision, and capacity‑building for health workers and district technical teams.
• Monitor program performance, analyze data, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate training, CME, and joint supportive supervision with CHMTs, councils, and the central technical team.

Required profile

• Medical degree with national registration; Master's in Public Health is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in HIV/TB clinical services, preferably in public‑health or donor‑funded programs.
• Proven experience in program implementation, clinical mentorship, supportive supervision, and quality improvement.
• Experience working with MOH, regional health authorities, and multi‑stakeholder environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data analysis and performance monitoring skills.
• Clinical mentorship and supportive supervision expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of HIV/TB clinical guidelines and Tanzania MOH/USG policies.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
