Project Supply Chain Manager – Telecommunications/ICT

About the role

We are seeking a Tanzanian Project Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in the Telecommunications/ICT sector to support enterprise project delivery. The role will design and coordinate end‑to‑end supply solutions, from planning through final delivery, ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer and project requirements and develop appropriate supply solutions.
• Coordinate supply activities with customers, including planning, configuration and B2B actions, aligned with account strategies and project timelines.
• Identify and manage supply and demand risks, ensuring availability in line with contractual obligations.
• Develop and manage project supply plans covering shipment, customs clearance, delivery and resource preparation.
• Monitor supply performance to support on‑time project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and logistics stakeholders, and support commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, project supply, logistics, procurement or international trade, preferably in Telecommunications/ICT.
• Strong knowledge of WCO and WTO trade regulations and customs compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Fluent English and high emotional intelligence.
