Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Incumbent has primary accountability for the development and construction of assigned construction projects, including new meetinghouses, CES seminaries, small institutes, welfare projects, and larger research & development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage service providers such as architects, consultants and contractors to meet performance standards.
• Analyze project information continuously to improve cost, quality and timeliness.
• Support operations and maintenance functions by providing construction expertise as needed.
• Ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of real‑estate properties to support project schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or local equivalent) degree in construction management, engineering or architecture.
• 3–5 years of related construction field experience, including leadership, negotiation and public‑relations skills.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with ecclesiastical leaders, real‑estate representatives, architects, engineers, contractors and government officials.
