Project Management Manager

About the role

The Project Management Manager will support the project delivery team by coordinating daily activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and communicating with internal teams, customers and partners. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates interested in telecommunications project delivery and basic project management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily project tasks and ensure they follow the project plan.
• Follow up on milestones, deliverables and action items across engineering, logistics, procurement, finance and other internal teams.
• Maintain project schedules, update progress regularly and prepare status reports highlighting risks or delays.
• Support communication with customers, subcontractors and partners, including meeting preparation, minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager when necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, acceptance and hand‑over records, and produce regular management reports.
• Help the Project Manager manage risks, issues, resources and costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications projects or engineering delivery.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin preferred for internal communication.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
