About the role
The Procurement Administrator II supports SBA Communications’ global operations by managing end‑to‑end procurement activities, ensuring the right goods and services are sourced at best value while maintaining full transparency and compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze procurement data to inform purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate new vendor approvals with Legal, Safety and other stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor performance and keep supplier records up to date.
- Assist local teams in preparing purchase orders and managing inventory levels.
- Communicate with vendors to gather information, resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain procurement databases and update spreadsheets with current information.
- Manage warehouse and logistics activities, including inventory control, record keeping and shipping materials to job sites.
Required profile
- Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain functions.
- Familiarity with vendor approval processes and compliance documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
