Process Plant Assistance Supervisor – Gold Mining

About the role

The Process Plant Assistance Supervisor will support day‑to‑day operations of the gold processing plant, ensuring safe and efficient performance across all circuits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct day‑to‑day activities to ensure effective operation of the process plant.
• Provide timely feedback to process supervisors on performance and safety issues.
• Perform operational checks and housekeeping for assigned circuits (Crusher, Milling, CIL, Elution, Detox).
• Maintain tools, equipment, PPE and complete operational logs and pre‑start checks.
• Attend safety toolbox meetings and adhere to company safety, environment and community policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in gold processing plant operations.
• Form 4 education level or higher.
• Tanzanian driving licence.
• Willingness to undertake external training and work occasional overtime.

Required skills

• Experience operating equipment in crusher, milling, CIL, elution and detox circuits.
• Equipment/machine operating certification from a recognized institute.
• Certificate of training completion for process plant circuits.
