Portfolio and Commercial Manager

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Portfolio and Commercial Manager to support the Commercial Governance & Programme Management team in delivering all CBU programmes. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, tracking performance against KPIs and ensuring alignment with governance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work with various stakeholders to meet launch dates and KPI targets defined in business cases.
• Escalate timely when targets are not achieved and track project issues.
• Identify solutions to achieve revised delivery targets, prioritising projects based on resources and strategy.
• Provide timely communication and reporting to CBU and relevant units.
• Manage strategy planning, delivery, product budgeting and commercial execution excellence.

Required profile

• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Knowledge of governance processes and frameworks for commercial project management.
• Strong oral, written, reporting and presentation skills.
• At least 2 years of project management experience covering full product lifecycle.
