About the role

Judin Clinic is seeking a qualified Pediatrician to provide specialist child‑health consultations on a regular basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care to children, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialist pediatric consultations and manage a variety of medical conditions in children.
• Provide expert clinical advice and support to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Participate in patient follow‑up, referral coordination, and continuity of care.
• Engage in quality‑improvement projects and continuing medical education activities.

Required profile

• Registered and licensed Pediatrician.
• Minimum relevant clinical experience in pediatric practice.
• Availability to provide specialist consultations at Judin Clinic at least twice a week.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient‑care abilities.
• Preferably residing in Morogoro, Dodoma, or Dar es Salaam and willing to commute to Morogoro on consultation days.
• Commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
