Partnerships and Reporting Associate

About the role

The Partnerships and Reporting Associate will join WFP’s Partnerships, Communication and Advocacy unit in Dar es Salaam. Working on a 12‑month service contract, the associate will support resource mobilisation, partnership development and the preparation of high‑quality reports for donors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise resources and strengthen partnerships with donors, NGOs and private sector actors.
• Lead advocacy initiatives and coordinate communication activities to raise awareness of WFP programmes.
• Prepare, compile and submit regular and ad‑hoc reports in line with donor requirements.
• Maintain accurate partnership databases and ensure timely updates.
• Support the development of communication materials, briefs and presentations.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Communications, International Relations, Development Studies).
• Experience in partnerships, reporting or advocacy within a humanitarian or development context.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
