Partnership Delivery & Communication Specialist

About the role

Educate! is looking for a Partnerships Delivery & Communication Specialist to deepen strategic institutional relationships and build the communications infrastructure that supports the organization’s next phase of funding growth. The role sits within the External Relations team and reports to the Director of Institutional Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Map and maintain stakeholder relationships across institutional partners.
• Coordinate engagement touchpoints, including meetings, updates, and events.
• Develop high‑quality external communication materials such as briefs, proposals, and impact stories.
• Lead an account‑based approach to partnership communication, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with program objectives.
• Track and report on partnership performance and communication metrics.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and editing ability.
• Proven experience in managing institutional partnerships or communications.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Passion for youth employment and education impact in Africa.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
