Packaging Operator

About the role

Join a leading beverage company as a Packaging Operator, where you will ensure smooth operation of packaging equipment and maintain high product quality while maximizing throughput. You will work in a dynamic plant environment, contributing to continuous improvement and waste reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging processes, including start‑up, shutdown and running of machines.
• Perform brand and pack changes and manage waste.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct in‑depth cleaning and first‑level maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor process performance and conduct quality checks.
• Control production inputs, take corrective actions and support problem‑solving.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers and participate actively in the team.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent trade test.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in a packaging process environment.

Required skills

• Machine operation and start‑up/shutdown procedures.
• First‑level maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Process monitoring and quality inspection.
