About the role

Join a leading beverage company as a Packaging Operator, responsible for running and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure consistent product quality and high throughput while minimizing waste.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging processes, including start‑up, shutdown, and continuous running of machines.
• Perform waste management and handle brand and pack changes.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and conduct in‑depth cleaning and first‑level maintenance.
• Monitor process performance, conduct quality checks, and track production inputs.
• Take corrective actions, support team participation, and communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Trade Test in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Experience in a packaging process environment.
