Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily logistics and transport activities for a fast‑growing freight forwarding company. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring high service standards and supporting business growth across air, ocean and road freight services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics, transport and operational activities on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Monitor service delivery and operational performance against KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop operational teams to achieve targets.
• Optimize processes, control costs and maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management within logistics, transport or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Experience managing logistics and transport operations.
• Knowledge of compliance standards in freight forwarding.
