Operations Manager – Gaming (Retail & Online)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead performance across our retail and online gaming channels. You will ensure seamless coordination between stores, logistics, inventory, digital platforms, payments and customer support while delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience for players.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of retail locations and online operations.
• Manage retail logistics, inventory allocation, equipment and vendor relationships.
• Monitor online platform performance, payment gateways and customer support processes.
• Track operational KPIs such as conversion rates, transaction performance, service levels and inventory discrepancies.
• Control operational budgets, identify efficiency gains and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Finance, Customer Support and Compliance teams.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal procedures and responsible‑gaming standards.
• Lead retail managers, logistics teams and online operations staff to meet targets and service levels.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of operational management experience in retail and online environments.
• Background in gaming, betting, e‑commerce or other high‑volume transactional industries.
• Proven ability to manage physical inventory alongside digital platforms and payment processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, suppliers and operational KPIs.
• Familiarity with ERP, POS, e‑commerce and operational reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
