Job description

职位概况

负责组建并管理属地化的工程机械维修服务团队，提升整体服务能力，确保设备稳定运行。需具备重型机械操作与维修经验，能够独立出差现场处理故障。

主要职责

组建并培训维修团队，统筹人员配置与技能提升。
熟练操作挖掘机、装载机、汽车起重机，独立完成日常维修与保养。
独立出差至客户现场，快速诊断并处置各类机械故障。
使用流利英语与客户沟通，及时响应需求，维护客户关系。
协助服务经理开发第三方维修站并监督其运营标准。

任职要求

具备扎实的工程机械维修与保养实操经验，能够独立完成设备检修。
熟悉挖掘机、装载机、汽车起重机的结构原理及操作技能。
英语口语流利，具备跨文化沟通能力。
能够长期出差，具备强烈的安全意识和问题解决能力。
有团队管理或维修网络建设经验者优先。
