About the role

We are looking for a reliable Transport Driver to join YAOWU NEXUS MOBILITY TANZANIA LIMITED. The driver will be responsible for moving goods safely and on schedule, following dispatch instructions and complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transportation tasks according to dispatch orders and reach loading/unloading points on time.
• Perform a thorough vehicle inspection before departure and report any faults immediately.
• Operate the vehicle safely, respecting weight limits, prohibiting unauthorized overloading, and staying on designated routes.
• Maintain and store waybills, accompanying documents, and receipts correctly.
• Keep the vehicle clean, report accidents or breakdowns promptly, and preserve the incident scene.
• Securely store all vehicle tools and refrain from private resale of fuel or parts.

Required profile

• Valid Tanzanian Class E driver’s licence authorising operation of semi‑trailer articulated trucks.
• Valid LATRA Commercial Driver’s Licence.
• Current medical examination certificate and NIDA identification card.
• Minimum two years of experience driving semi‑trailers or heavy‑duty tractors; experience in long‑distance mining transport is a plus.

• Knowledge of weight‑limit regulations and route compliance.
• Proper handling and documentation of waybills and receipts.
