About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide daily maintenance, after‑sales service and technical support for aerial work platforms and forklifts. The role ensures equipment reliability, supports agents, and drives customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, after‑sales service, and repairs on aerial work platform machinery and forklifts.
• Co‑operate with agents to deliver technical support and routine maintenance.
• Execute proactive rectifications, troubleshoot projects, and correct faulty vehicles.
• Inspect, regularly maintain, and service incoming vehicles.
• Conduct regular customer visits and vehicle inspections.
• Guarantee timely provision of accessories, achieve sales targets for accessories, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Repair machinery components and other equipment parts.
• Analyze, evaluate, and diagnose technical problems effectively.
• Maintain housekeeping and EHS standards while working individually or in a team.
• Follow safety labels, warnings, and guidelines; ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards.
• Submit service reports promptly.
• Collaborate with China Representative Engineer/Sales to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Experience in maintenance of aerial work platforms and forklifts.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and technical analysis skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
