MIS Executive (MIS & Reporting Executive)

About the role

The MIS Executive (MIS & Reporting Executive) supports the Marketing function by handling SQL scripting, data mining, data analysis and report publication so that business decisions are backed by accurate, timely and automated reporting through Business Intelligence (BI) systems. The role also contributes to revenue planning, product performance monitoring and trend analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end BI reporting, including report loading, logic validation, automation and database table updates, and develop, enhance and maintain standard Marketing reports.
• Produce and publish monthly Marketing performance dashboards for internal users and management, and improve reporting efficiency through automation.
• Write SQL queries and scripts according to SQL guidelines to extract, transform and generate reliable datasets, and carry out data mining for performance tracking, product validation and strategic analysis.
• Provide data inputs for revenue planning and forecasting, track key metrics daily, weekly and monthly, and support revenue trending and growth evaluation.
• Work with Marketing, Revenue Planning and other teams to meet reporting needs, ensure data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Revenue Planning Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another relevant field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in information technology or a related analytical role; telecommunications experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• SQL scripting and data mining.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present findings clearly.

Working conditions are workshop-based with occasional field visits for training and support, adherence to safety standards, and possible flexible hours or weekend work.
