Manager Business Performance and Financial Analytics

About the role

To lead business performance management and financial analytics by providing timely, accurate and forward‑looking financial insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and report financial and performance measures to monitor profitability of products and functions.
• Challenge and reconcile functional budgets, ensuring realism and stretch.
• Monitor actual performance against targets, analyse variances across entities and functions.
• Prepare monthly balance‑sheet‑income‑statement reports and management accounts for Group reporting.
• Develop financial models and analytical tools to support pricing, investment proposals and strategic initiatives.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of forecasting and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and IFRS reporting standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Flexcube banking system.
• Financial modeling and data‑analytics capabilities.
• Understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
• Advanced computer literacy for reporting automation.
