About the role
The Machine Specialist is responsible for keeping equipment in near‑new condition, ensuring reliable performance through inspections, corrective actions, and root‑cause problem solving. You will support shift‑based teams, coach operators, and contribute to maintenance budgeting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist operational support and functional expertise during shifts.
- Participate in maintenance planning meetings and execute work during planned windows.
- Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and resolve issues using appropriate techniques.
- Perform running repairs, assess problems, determine corrective actions, and complete SAP administration.
Required profile
- Minimum N5/N6 Mechanical or Electrical qualification.
- 2‑3 years of maintenance experience in brewing, FMCG, manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience in a brewing plant maintenance workshop.
