Large Enterprise Manager – Telecom Sales

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a seasoned manager to lead large‑enterprise sales across connectivity, voice, data and ICT solutions. You will shape strategic sales plans, grow market share and drive revenue growth for our corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth plans, identifying new market opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and RFP response to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain C‑level relationships, positioning Vodafone as a strategic technology partner.
• Design and sell tailored ICT solutions that meet specific customer business needs.
• Lead, mentor and coach a team of account managers or sales specialists, setting KPIs and performance targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and solution‑engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of sales, business development or account management experience in telecom or ICT.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams, set KPIs and drive performance.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and market‑anticipation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
