Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Elven Agri is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its marketing and product teams in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on creating visual assets for both digital and print channels, supporting the company’s sustainable agribusiness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, marketing collateral, and product packaging elements.
• Adapt existing visual assets for various digital and print formats.
• Prepare production‑ready files and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal communications teams to maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Support logo and brand refresh initiatives and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Organise and maintain design files and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Experience or training in logo design and brand development.
• Good understanding of typography, layout hierarchy and readability.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dar es Salaam and respond constructively to feedback.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant academic background or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Interest in agriculture, sustainability or social‑impact business models is a plus.
