IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization’s IT environment. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, security, and performance across servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems.
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security for all IT services.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols across the organization.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to optimize solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and related tools.
• Experience managing firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN solutions.
• Proficiency in backup and disaster‑recovery technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
