Interior Styling and Hotel Presentation Manager

About the role

The Interior Styling and Hotel Presentation Manager will oversee and continuously elevate the look, feel and guest experience of the boutique hotel, ensuring every guest‑facing element reflects the intended standard, atmosphere and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a warm, visible host during dinner events, engage with guests, learn names, preferences and occasions, and create a welcoming atmosphere without being intrusive.
• Conduct regular walk‑throughs of rooms, villas and public areas, identify tired furniture, soft furnishings or décor, and propose or source replacements that align with the hotel’s style.
• Ensure dishes leaving the kitchen are well‑presented and consistent, oversee table settings, plating style, garnish consistency and timing, and flag any presentation issues to kitchen staff.
• Maintain the appearance of uniforms, napkins, table linens, cushions, décor, candles and lighting, flagging items that need replacement, tailoring or refreshing to keep a consistent look.
• Serve as the internal reference for brand and atmosphere, guaranteeing consistency across interior styling, guest interaction tone and food presentation, and help train staff by example.

Required profile

• Naturally warm, confident and observant with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Comfortable speaking with guests one‑on‑one and remembering personal preferences.
• Calm, tasteful and able to notice small things others overlook.
• Background in hospitality or lifestyle environments such as boutique hotels, restaurants, events, retail or design‑led cafés preferred.
