Interior Styling and Hotel Presentation Manager

About the role

The Interior Styling and Hotel Presentation Manager will continuously elevate the look, feel and guest experience of Mala Boutique Hotel. You will ensure every guest‑facing element reflects the brand’s standards, atmosphere and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a warm, visible host during dinner events, engaging naturally with guests and learning their preferences.
• Walk through rooms, villas and public areas, identifying tired furnishings or décor and proposing updates aligned with the hotel’s style.
• Source and select new items such as lighting, art, cushions and accessories when approved.
• Oversee food and beverage presentation (table settings, plating style, garnish consistency) without managing kitchen recipes.
• Ensure uniforms, napkins, table linens, cushions, candles and lighting are clean, well‑fitted and styled correctly.
• Maintain a consistent visual “look” across all services and spaces and act as the internal reference point for brand atmosphere.
• Train staff by example, reinforcing standards without heavy instruction.

Required profile

• Naturally warm, confident and observant.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Comfortable speaking one‑on‑one with guests.
• Calm, tasteful and not flashy.
• Hospitality or lifestyle background preferred (boutique hotel, restaurant, events, retail, design‑led café).
