Insurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to join a leading financial services provider that combines insurance brokerage with risk advisory expertise. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, promoting tailored life and non‑life insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with individuals, SMEs, and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new insurance clients across individual and corporate segments.
• Promote and sell a range of insurance products and risk‑management solutions.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and emerging client needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and keep client databases up to date.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and results‑focused mindset.
