Graduate Trainee – Hospitality & Transit

About the role

This graduate trainee position supports TotalEnergies' hospitality and transit operations in Tanzania. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure accurate cost build‑up, invoicing and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Safety Management Systems and conduct quality control to meet Tanzania specifications.
• Prepare cost build‑up and MEMO documents for invoicing, and communicate them to transit and hospitality customers.
• Generate and dispatch hospitality invoices, credit notes and debit notes on schedule.
• Maintain and update hospitality and product contracts with GAPCO/TOTAL.
• Update daily hospitality income files and produce monthly earned‑income reports.
• Follow up overdue invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate second‑to‑Nth billing cycles with the stock controller and issue invoices before product uplift.
• Monitor loading orders to avoid delays and enforce payment policies.
• Produce reliable reports, ensure file confidentiality and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Understanding of product specifications and customs procedures for importation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
