Job Title: Global Remote Sales Professional

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Salary: $12 per hour + Performance Bonuses
Commission: Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: U.S. Central Time business hours
Location: Worldwide, excluding the Philippines and Egypt.
Job Overview
SalesLoft, Inc. is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join its team as Global Remote Sales Professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to generate sales.
The successful candidate will engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital communication channels. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting relevant solutions, following up with leads, and contributing to the company’s sales objectives.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
* Present products and services to prospective customers and explain their benefits.
* Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
* Track sales activities and work toward individual and team targets.
Requirements
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with potential customers.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
* Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation is an advantage.
* Familiarity with digital communication tools and CRM software is beneficial.
* A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professionally.
