Global Markets Client Analyst

About the role

The Global Markets Client Analyst supports client coverage and trading activities by blending analytics, portfolio discipline, market knowledge, and execution coordination. The role ensures client needs are identified, data is accurate, and insights are delivered to drive a high‑quality, compliant client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and maintain up‑to‑date client data.
• Prepare coverage insights and support sales‑pipeline conversion.
• Coordinate hand‑offs across trading, structuring, operations, risk, and product teams.
• Contribute to a consistent, compliant, and high‑quality client experience.
• Leverage market and product knowledge to enhance client analytics.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in financial markets, treasury, client coverage, sales support, analytics, relationship management or banking operations.

Required skills

• Technical exposure to FX, money markets, fixed income, hedging, derivatives and pricing basics.
• Experience with client reporting or CRM tools.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Python or other dashboarding tools.
