Financial Assistant – Grade Control

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Assistant to support our Controller and senior management. The role focuses on generating accurate financial reports, monitoring balance sheets, and ensuring smooth accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor and analyze balance sheets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Cross‑check payroll data before processing.
• Assist senior management with revenue forecasting.
• Support the Controller in all financial matters across the organization.
• Track tax obligations and provide detailed information for audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
