Financial Analyst – Finance & Procurement

About the role

The Financial Analyst will provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support business planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making for Coca‑Cola Kwanza in Tanzania.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile financial data across ERP systems, data warehouses and statutory platforms, resolve system issues and validate extracted data.
• Develop financial tools, build forecasts, and track promotion and project performance against budget.
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate finance processes, support digital transformation initiatives and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Conduct quarterly self‑assessments for non‑compliance, participate in stock counts, and provide documentation for internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting or investment analysis, working with large data sets and financial modelling.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Data visualisation and Power BI.
• Financial modelling, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems.
