Financial Analyst – Finance & Procurement

About the role

The Financial Analyst will provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support business planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making for Coca‑Cola Kwanza in Tanzania.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile financial data across systems, resolve issues, and extract/validate data from ERP, data warehouses, and statutory platforms.
• Develop financial tools, build forecasts, and track promotion and project performance.
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate finance processes, support digital transformation, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Conduct quarterly self‑assessments, participate in stock counts, and provide documentation for internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent is an advantage.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting or investment analysis, with large data sets and financial modelling.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Data visualization with Power BI.
• Financial modelling and forecasting.
• Budgeting and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems.
