Finance Manager

About the role

Educate! is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the organization’s accounting and financial management functions. The role will ensure robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and support the mission of scaling youth employment solutions across East Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee accounting and financial management processes for all operational and administrative areas.
• Design, coordinate and maintain sound financial control systems and procedures.
• Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date financial and accounting records and timely reporting.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making and program scaling.
• Collaborate with program and senior leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals.
