Finance Manager, Group Functions

About the role

The Finance Manager for Group Functions will provide comprehensive financial management services across multiple areas of the bank. You will directly support Group Functions units, lead finance teams and drive the development and implementation of robust processes, systems and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle financial management services to various bank divisions.
• Support Group Functions units through active engagement and team leadership.
• Design, implement and continuously improve finance processes, systems and internal controls.
• Lead, coach and develop finance team members to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a financial or management accounting role.
• First‑degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Preferred professional qualifications: CPA(T) or ACCA.
• Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering and value management.
• Strong behavioural competencies such as articulating information, challenging ideas, embracing change and making decisions.
