FF&E Procurement Manager

About the role

Utopia is seeking an FF&E Procurement Manager to join its ultra‑luxury hospitality team. You will work closely with interior designers and senior procurement leaders to manage budgets, sourcing, logistics and installations for our high‑end properties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain FF&E and OS&E budgets, cost planning and payment forecasts.
• Lead sourcing, tendering and market research for premium suppliers.
• Negotiate, evaluate and manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Oversee logistics, delivery, installation and hand‑over of all FF&E items.
• Develop strategic vendor partnerships and drive cost‑excellence without compromising brand standards.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks to protect brand reputation.
• Provide regular updates to the Finance Department to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and practical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to take responsibility for end‑to‑end procurement processes.
• Interest in architecture, design, hospitality and guest experience.
• Hands‑on attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
