Experienced Agency Recruiter – Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced agency recruiter to join our team in a hybrid capacity, spending part of the week on‑site with a key client. This generalist position requires you to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions, sectors and seniority levels while representing our firm directly within the client environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret detailed job briefs and define hiring requirements.
• Source, approach, and engage candidates across a variety of disciplines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to build shortlists.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage offers, and facilitate placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Operate on‑site with the client as part of a hybrid working model.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and identify opportunities to deepen the client partnership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an agency recruitment setting, preferably as a generalist.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and hiring managers on‑site.
• Ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proactive, organized, and commercially minded mindset.
• Strong focus on service delivery and relationship building.
