Digital Channels Manager

About the role

The Digital Channels Manager will lead the strategy, growth and optimisation of Airtel Money’s digital channels across Africa. You will be responsible for driving adoption, improving customer experience and ensuring the reliability of all digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital channel strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive adoption and usage of digital channels across customer segments.
• Identify opportunities to digitise customer journeys and reduce reliance on assisted channels.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, gaps and new opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital channels, including requirements, business cases and road‑maps.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Ensure availability, reliability and usability of all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, legal and compliance teams for successful delivery.
• Manage relationships with fintech partners, aggregators and solution providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, AML, KYC and data‑privacy standards.
