Detergent Manufacturing Personnel

About the role

Sharubu Enterprises is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Detergent Manufacturing Personnel to join its production team in Arusha, Tanzania. You will work on the factory floor preparing raw materials and operating equipment to produce high‑quality detergent products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and follow standardized formulations.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust mixing, blending, and filling equipment.
• Check product quality and ensure proper labeling and packaging of finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
• Report equipment or process issues promptly.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, complete basic production records, and support teammates during training, setup, and shift handovers.

Required profile

• Secondary education or vocational training in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Willingness to participate in on‑the‑job training and learn standard operating procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle moderate physical tasks, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.
