CXC Agent

About the role

The CXC Agent ensures our brands are available to customers while meeting key performance indicators such as contractability, effectiveness, and digital adoption. You will work closely with customers to drive volume targets, increase BEES buyers, and build lasting commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve management indicators: contractability rate, call quality, retention, and volume.
• Achieve sales volume targets and ensure product availability (SKU) per customer.
• Develop deep knowledge of the client base in the assigned zone and monitor purchase volumes.
• Conduct outbound calls to communicate offers, negotiate, and support customers.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Degree level qualification or equivalent, preferably in Commerce.
• 1‑2 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong service and sales orientation with effective communication skills.
• Honesty, integrity, and a problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
