CXC Agent

About the role

The CXC Agent will ensure our brands are available to all customers while meeting key performance indicators such as contractability, effectiveness, negotiation efficiency and digital adoption. You will work closely with customers to drive volume targets, increase BEES buyers and build sustainable commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with management indicators: contractability rate, effectiveness, call quality, retention and volume.
• Achieve sales volume targets and ensure product availability (SKU) per customer.
• Understand the client base in the assigned zone and monitor purchase volumes.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products and negotiate with customers.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and business processes.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification or equivalent, preferably in Commerce.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant commercial experience; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong compliance mindset and ability to follow business processes.
• Service‑oriented with effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
