Credit Analyst – Credit Risk Management

About the role

The Credit Analyst will support the organization’s credit risk function by monitoring, analysing and reporting on credit exposures across branches, products and projects. This fixed‑term position plays a key role in safeguarding profitability and ensuring compliance with risk appetite.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and report current and emerging credit risk for VFT‑MFB.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly credit risk reports by branch, product and cycle.
• Review risk implications of new products, projects and mortgage documentation.
• Compile and process mortgage documents after loan approval.
• Assist in enhancing the credit risk appetite and communicate risk management findings.
• Prepare and submit BOT and CRB reports; act as liaison with Credit Info and BOT.

Required profile

• Master’s or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management; Bachelor’s degree in related fields is acceptable.
• Very good oral and written English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• At least five years of experience in credit management (preferred).
