Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans, manage key channel partners, and drive revenue growth across our product portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure targets are met and market presence is expanded.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and implement annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
• Drive sales activities and daily account management with key channel partners.
• Review and forecast order, inventory, sell‑in and sell‑out data to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Execute commercial strategies including MSRP setting, distribution criteria, partner evolution, and channel compensation schemes.
• Conduct at least ten face‑to‑face customer visits and three distribution partner meetings each week.
• Maintain terminal stores, ensuring booths are clean, stocked with materials, and equipped for product demonstrations.
• Organise dealer and shop promoter training aligned with product launch schedules.
• Perform market research, gather competitive intelligence, and develop counter‑strategies for pricing and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in key account or traditional distribution environments.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with experience in retail and distribution agreements.
• Rich background in marketing, terminal management and training.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
