Business Analyst – Business Performance & Insights

About the role

The Business Analyst will support business units by delivering accurate reporting, data‑driven insights, and analytical support. This role enables informed decision‑making and helps improve overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance performance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Analyse business data, trends, and performance indicators to identify insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics, performance trends, and progress against targets.
• Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure report accuracy.
• Monitor performance against targets, highlight variances, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Support forecasting, business planning, and performance reviews with relevant data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable insights.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics or performance management.
• Proven experience developing management reports, dashboards and business insights.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and formulate recommendations.
