Brewing Process Artisan

About the role

The key purpose of this role is to operate the brewing process area according to work instructions, perform non‑destructive quality checks, execute routine maintenance activities, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives. You will help ensure safe, reliable and efficient production performance while working as part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following standard operating procedures and monitor performance against targets.
• Conduct quality checks, record results, and investigate any deviations.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication and autonomous maintenance; escalate unresolved issues.
• Participate in maintenance shutdowns, post‑maintenance reviews and equipment reliability projects.
• Apply safe work practices, housekeeping standards and 5S principles; report unsafe conditions.
• Use structured problem‑solving techniques (5 Why, Quick Fix) and data analysis tools to identify losses and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing, brewing or FMCG environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work shifts in a team‑based operational setting.
• Understanding of continuous‑improvement and problem‑solving methodologies.
