Bankable Nature Solutions Analyst

About the role

The Bankable Nature Solutions Analyst will join WWF Tanzania to help develop finance‑driven solutions that protect nature and benefit local communities. Working closely with the DFCD and Nectar Fund Coordinator, the role bridges finance, climate action, and conservation.

Key responsibilities

• Support WWF Tanzania’s DFCD and Nectar Fund initiatives by analysing and developing bankable nature‑based projects.
• Collaborate with the Regional Africa DFCD and Nectar Fund team to align business development activities.
• Provide financial analysis and market insights that inform sustainable investment decisions.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and proposals that attract private‑sector funding for nature solutions.

Required profile

• Background in finance, private‑sector business development, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the intersection of finance, climate, nature, and people.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
