Audio Visual Production Specialist

About the role

The Audio Visual Production Specialist will conceptualise, produce and manage high‑quality AV content that supports frontline teams, customers and the wider organisation. You will translate operational information into engaging, human‑centred narratives that improve learning and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end AV production from concept, scripting and storyboarding to editing, captioning and publishing.
• Design and deliver training videos and screen‑walkthroughs that upskill frontline support teams.
• Collaborate with trainers, CX specialists and operations to identify learning needs and create production briefs.
• Maintain a version‑controlled library of modular AV assets and ensure rapid updates.
• Track engagement, completion and assessment metrics to continuously improve content strategy.

Required profile

• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SABA, TalentLMS, Moodle) and publishing SCORM/xAPI content is desirable.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (closed captioning, audio description, WCAG compliance).
• Ability to manage multiple productions, meet deadlines and communicate risks to stakeholders.

• Audio editing tools such as Audition or equivalent DAW

• Closed captioning formats (SRT, VTT)
